The County is proposing a general revision to the existing comprehensive plan dealing with the overall characteristics, aspects, and elements contained therein.

Hearing/Meeting: The planning and development board hearing will open on January 16, 2008 at 6:30 pm at the Marsh Valley High School, old auditorium location and then will continue on February 20, 2008 at 6:30 pm in the County Courthouse Courtroom 301.

Written Comment: The deadline for written comment for the January 16 hearing will be January 9 (as listed below) and written comment for the February 20 hearing will February 13.

Copies of the Draft: Copies of the comprehensive draft plan are available at the following locations: County Courthouse, City Clerk’s office of each City in the County, Marshall Public Library and Portneuf Valley Library and on the County WEB site
